Ordering

By submitting your order you are entering into a contract to buy the goods. We will use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods you have ordered. These details will be passed onto the courier as a third party in order to supply your goods. Your details will not be passed onto any other parties or use them for any other purposes. We do not hold your credit card details on record, these will need to be re-supplied each time you order an item from us. Our website information is regularly checked, but due to variations in currencies prices often go up or down. If we are unable to supply the goods at the price shown we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.

Delivery

Our courier aims to deliver the next working day (weekdays only) for items they collect before 3pm. Express delivery is normally next day, although due to circumstances beyond our or the couriers control this cannot be guaranteed. Goods should be inspected when you receive them for defects or damage. If the packaging is damaged please inform the courier at the time you receive the item. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Order and Returns

As a consumer you have the right in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. However we reserve the right to charge a 5% re-stock fee on certain items. You must inform us in writing within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you of your wish to return the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. The goods must be unopened and in new condition, with all packaging present. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
